Ingredients
3 large, fresh figs
2 tablespoons blue cheese (such as Roquefort), divided
1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
1 ½ teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Cut each fig in half lengthwise to form little boats.
- Stuff each fig boat with about ½ teaspoon cheese, then top with a pinch of rosemary, and drizzle with honey (about ½ teaspoon honey per fig boat).
