Explore vibrant, colorful and exciting Thailand, with a plant-based food emphasis. With experienced local guides, we’ll visit the not-to-be-missed cultural sites that Thailand is famous for, and at the same time, with Plant-Powered RD Sharon Palmer, we will explore the spectacular and fresh Thai cuisine with a focus on vegan cooking classes, farm and market visits.  We’ll be based in both Bangkok and Chiang Mai, and will explore local, floating, and night markets, visit an elephant sanctuary, learn about Thai culinary history, and have a vegetarian lunch with Buddhist monks, and more!  We promise it will be unforgettable, and a week filled with experiences and knowledge you can bring home with you.
