Naples & Amalfi Coast: Naples, Sorrento, & Capri, Italy

During a glorious week in the southern Italian region of Campania, home to the stunning Amalfi coastline, historical cities and ancient ruins, and unforgettable food, we were based in Naples and Sorrento with Chef Michael of the acclaimed SRV restaurant. During our time in Naples we had lessons in pizza-making and walked the streets of this historic city with our guide. We also went out into the countryside to get to know some of the region’s signature ingredients: durum wheat pasta, tomatoes, wine, buffalo mozzarella, anchovies and limoncello. We explored the Amalfi Coast, stopping in the towns of Amalfi and Ravello, and also ventured to Capri by boat, spending the day immersed in sunshine, lemons and wonderful meals.

  • Free time to explore Vietri sul Mare, a town with gorgeous ceramics everywhere
  • A final dinner at a farm, with a cheese-making demonstration
  • Free time to shop, relax, and explore on our own
