Hudson Valley Culinaria with Cheese Expert Cathy Strange

Join us for a Culinaria in one of the country’s most exciting and beautiful food, wine, and agricultural regions. We’ll be based in Rhinebeck, New York and every day we will travel north, south, east, and west to explore farms, wineries, distilleries, bakeries, along with the ﬁnest restaurants in the area. Dairies and cheese producers will be a special focus of the Culinaria, with visits and tastings hosted by producers of diﬀerent types of cheeses, made with raw and pasteurized milk from goats and cows. History and culture are on the menu as well, with visits to the Roosevelt and Vanderbilt historic sites and the Frank Gehry Performing Arts Center at Bard College. We’ll end with a tour and ﬁnal dinner at the legendary Culinary Institute of America main campus.
