Shape, covergirl and Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Burke says, “I’ve tried just about every crazy diet you can imagine. But now I’ve learned what really works for my body.” The article continues: “Brooke and her family follow a Mediterranean diet, which includes lean grilled beef, chicken, fish (she loves salmon), salads, vegetables, and, of course, olive oil.”
Celebrities are trendsetters.
