Juice of ½ lemon
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon passata or tomato sauce
4 ( 5- to 6–ounce) tuna or swordﬁsh steaks
- Heat the grill.
- Combine the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and passata in a small bowl and blend with a fork.
- Brush the dressing on both sides of the ﬁsh and grill for about 4 minutes per side, until the ﬁsh ﬂakes easily.
