Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat pasta, uncooked

4 teaspoons olive oil

8 eggs

2 cups mixed greens

2 medium avocados

8 cherry tomatoes

Turmeric, to taste

Paprika, to taste

Oregano, to taste

Dill, to taste

Salt, to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then transfer to a pan sprayed with olive oil.
  2. Crack eggs over the pasta. Season with turmeric, paprika, oregano, dill weed and salt, and fry sunny-side up.
  3. Transfer pasta with eggs to a plate with ½ avocado, sprinkled with turmeric, paprika, salt, and cherry tomatoes.
