Celebrate Black History Month with the African Heritage Recipe Celebration

Join us as we commemorate Black History Month in February with an African Heritage Recipe Celebration.

Our monthlong celebration will include a weekly recipe challenge on social media, as well as virtual events and classes. 

Join Our Weekly Recipe Challenge-Make an African Heritage Recipe Each Week in February

  1. Follow @atasteofheritage on Instagram, and join A Taste of African Heritage Cooking Program on Facebook, and look for our post each Monday announcing the weekly recipe.
  2. Make the recipe, take a picture, and post it on your own Instagram or Facebook account (be sure to use the hashtag #africanheritagerecipe).
  3. You will be eligible to win an Oldways apron! Each week, we’ll randomly select one winning social media post.
