½ head of green or red cabbage, thinly sliced
½ cup of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons dill
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
- Toss the cabbage with the vinegar, oil, dill, lemon juice, and salt. Make sure the dressing covers all of the cabbage.
- Cover and keep in refrigerator until ready to eat. It will keep nicely in the fridge for a few days.
