Ingredients
Ingredients for Marinade
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice from ½ lemon (2 tablespoons)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
2 pounds chicken (skinless breast or thigh), cut into cubes
Ingredients for Kebab
4 bell peppers (any color), cut into squares
Skewers
Instructions
- Prepare marinade, mixing all the ingredients except the chicken
- Mix the chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours
- After marinating, prepare the skewer by alternating chicken and peppers on the skewer
- Cook on the grill or under the broiler, 5-7 minutes per side.
