Ingredients

1 mango  

10 sprigs of cilantro 

4-5 cloves of garlic 

5-6 slices of jalapeno (de-seeded) 

¼ teaspoon lemon juice 

1 teaspoon chili powder 

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 

¼ teaspoon sweet paprika 

Dash New Mexico chili pepper  

Instructions
  1. Mix  all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and then blend in a blender or food processor on a low setting, as you still want it to be chunky.
  2. Add as a topping for your main dish
