World Pasta Day 2017


Oldways President Sara Baer-Sinnott and Kelly Toups, Director of Nutrition, attended and spoke at the International Pasta Organization’s World Pasta Day celebration in Sao Paulo, Brazil on October 25th.  The annual celebration included a day-long conference, featuring nutrition and marketing presentations, and the official signing of the Scientific Consensus Statement on the Healthy Pasta Meal by four nutrition scientists from Brazil and one from Turkey. They are adding their names to a document, aligning with 24 nutrition experts from 10 countries.
