Sara Fetbroth is a hospitality consultant who specializes in restaurant operations, leadership coaching, event production, and culinary tourism. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Hotel Administration and has 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry most notably as the General Manager of Oleana Restaurant. As an assistant to Oldways in Culinaria management for almost 10 years, she is thrilled to be a part of connecting more people through culinary experiences and heritage diets around the globe.
