These Mediterranean-inspired dessert “sushi” incorporate traditional Greek dessert ingredients like yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and orange zest. Rolled up in a sesame seed outer layer, these flavors provide just enough sweet flavor for a light treat.
1 medium carrot, peeled, boiled and puréed, or 2 tablespoons canned unsweeted puréed pumpkin
1 heaping tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey, plus more for garnish
zest of ½ an orange
4 Mediterra sesame energy bars with orange and honey
1 large orange, cut into 8 wedges
Cinnamon for garnish
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
