Figs Stuffed with Blue Cheese

This impressive looking appetizer is surprisingly simple to pull together. It’s also a great afternoon snack.

Ingredients

3 large, fresh figs

2 tablespoons blue cheese (such as Roquefort), divided

1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped

1 1/2  teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Cut each fig in half lengthwise to form little boats.
  2. Stuff each fig boat with about 1/2 teaspoon cheese, then top with a pinch of rosemary, and drizzle with honey (about 1/2 teaspoon honey per fig boat).
