This quick pasta dish gets a boost from mixed greens, avocado, and eggs, making for a delicious lunch or dinner.
1 cup whole wheat pasta, uncooked
4 teaspoons olive oil
8 eggs
2 cups mixed greens
2 medium avocados
8 cherry tomatoes
Turmeric, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Oregano, to taste
Dill, to taste
Salt, to taste

Don’t understand the recipe….cook egg on top of already cooked pasta Please clarify
It may be helpful to only cook two eggs at a time with 1/4 cup of the pasta, and make space for them on the pan. If you find it easier to fry the eggs separately that works too! Let us know how it goes.
Hello, I think something is missing? How do u fry eggs when they are already placed atop the pasta?
