3 cups watermelon chunks
½ cup feta cheese, diced
2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
2 teaspoons rose water
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish
- Arrange watermelon chunks and feta cheese in serving plates.
- Mix pomegranate molasses with rose water and drizzle over the watermelon salad; garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
