½ cup plain Greek-style yogurt
1 roasted red bell pepper, diced
¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
1 avocado, sliced
½ teaspoon za’atar seasoning
- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, red bell pepper pieces, and black pepper.
- Spread each slice of toast with about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, then top with avocado slices.
- Finish each tartine with a pinch of of za’atar seasoning.
