Fruit Salad Dressing with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Olive oil in a green salad is a must, but how often have you thought of mixing fruit with olive oil? Here’s a fruit salad dressing recipe with extra virgin olive oil to take your fruit salad to the next level.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons orange juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, lemon juice,  and sugar.
  2. Whisk in the olive oil a few drops at a time, until the dressing is creamy and emulsified.
  3. To serve, drizzle the dressing over your choice of mixed fresh fruit, and try garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
