3 large, fresh ﬁgs
2 tablespoons blue cheese (such as Roquefort), divided
1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
1 ½ teaspoons honey
- Cut each ﬁg in half lengthwise to form little boats.
- Stuﬀ each ﬁg boat with about ½ teaspoon cheese, then top with a pinch of rosemary, and drizzle with honey (about ½ teaspoon honey per ﬁg boat).
