What could be easier? Here’s the perfect meal for a busy weeknight.

3 cloves garlic, minced
â…“ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
¼ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1 box (1 pound) thin spaghetti (preferably whole grain)

Fantastic recipe. However I did add more parsley and red pepper than was called for. Highly recommended!
Yummy is all I can say. Good as is wouldn’t change a thing.
