Grilled Lemon and Garlic Swordfish

This is a wonderfully simple recipe  that takes just a few minutes to prepare.  Serve with brown rice and colorful, lightly cooked fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Juice of ½ lemon

1 garlic clove, crushed

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon passata or tomato sauce

4 ( 5- to 6–ounce) tuna or swordfish steaks

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill.
  2. Combine the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and passata in a small bowl and blend with a fork.
  3. Brush the dressing on both sides of the fish and grill for about 4 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.
