The next time you need an easy appetizer, turn to this Feta and Olive Oil Dip! Season with your favorite fresh or dried herbs, and be sure to use extra-virgin olive oil for the highest quality flavor.
3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a shallow dish or over a small plate, crumble the feta cheese.
2. Pour over the olive oil, and sprinkle the dried oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Lightly stir together.
3. Serve with whole grain bread, flatbread, or crackers.
