Baked Brie with Fig Spread

A hint of sweetness from figs, and crunchiness from walnuts and pumpkin seeds, complement creamy brie cheese in this easy recipe!

Ingredients

7 ounces brie cheese

3 tablespoons fig spread

1/4 cup walnut pieces

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup golden raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the wedge of brie in an oven-safe dish. Spoon the fig spread over the brie. Top with the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and raisins.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is beginning to melt. Serve immediately with whole wheat bread or crackers.
