- Visit to the Mercado de San Agustin and guided tour of Granada’s Cathedral, featuring Ronni Baer’s art tour of the Royal Chapel of Granada
- Early evening cooking demo with Chef Deborah Hansen and Spanish chefs, followed by dinner
- Visit to a goat cheese farm and olive oil producer outside Granada, followed by a very special farm lunch
- Flamenco evening with tapas before and after
- Guided cultural tour of Sevilla’s Cathedral and Alcazar, followed by Ronni Baer’s lecture on Velazquez, Murillo, and Zurbaran
- Carriage ride to cooking class at a restaurant in the Maria Luisa Jardin
- Hands-on cooking class and dinner — everyone cooks!
- Visit to an organic olive oil producer Alcubilla at Castro del Rio and wine producer Alvear at Montilla and lunch in the wine cellar
- Options for final day included (1) Hands-on cooking class; (2) Flamenco dance lesson or (3) Travel to Cordoba by AVE for a cultural day tour
