Ingredients
½ tablespoon mayonnaise
5-6 sprigs arugula
4-5 pear slices
2 slices of brie cheese
2 slices of whole grain bread
1 onion sliced
Optional: turkey slice
¼ teaspoon butter
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices in a toasted for 4 minutes
- caramelize the onion slices in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes
- sauté the pear slices in a separate pan
- Once toast is ready add butter to the outer sides
- Add the mayo to the inside slice and brie cheese spread onto the other half
- Add the cooked onions on top of the brie cheese and the arugula on top of the mayo
- Lastly, add the sauteed pear slices on top of the arugula and toast the sandwich in a pan
