Ingredients

½ tablespoon  mayonnaise

5-6 sprigs arugula  

4-5 pear slices  

2 slices of brie cheese  

2 slices of whole grain bread 

1 onion sliced  

Optional: turkey slice  

¼ teaspoon butter 

 

Instructions
  1. Toast the bread slices in a toasted for 4 minutes 
  2. caramelize the onion slices in a separate pan for 2-3 minutes 
  3. sauté the pear slices in a separate pan 
  4. Once toast is ready add butter to the outer sides  
  5. Add the mayo to the inside slice and brie cheese spread onto the other half  
  6. Add the cooked onions on top of the brie cheese and the arugula on top of the mayo 
  7. Lastly, add the sauteed pear slices on top of the arugula and toast the sandwich in a pan
