These tasty little dinner rolls get their name from the three whole grain ingredients — bulgur, oats, and whole wheat flour — and because they bake in round cake pans. They’re easy to make and are out of the oven in almost no time at all. The seeds on top add flavor and fun crunch!
2 cups water
½ cup bulgur wheat
1 package (¼ ounce) active dry yeast
1 cup warm 2% milk (110° to 115°)
½ cup quick-cooking oats
â…“ cup honey
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
¾ tsp. pepper
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp. each celery seed, fennel seed, and sesame seeds
1 tsp. poppy seeds
