This delicious müesli and yogurt bowl has a little sweetness from honey and strawberries, and a little spice from black peppercorns. Fresh mint leaves add a refreshing note!
2 cups müesli
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
3 cups strawberries, sliced
½ bunch fresh peppermint leaves, leaves plucked
A few black peppercorns, coarsely ground
1. In a large bowl, mix the müesli with the yogurt and honey.
2. Arrange the strawberries on the müesli, and garnish with mint and black pepper.
3. Serve into 4 bowls.
Optional variations:
– Drizzle a few drops of matured balsamic vinegar onto müesli
– Spice up müesli with a dollop of mascarpone
– Sprinkle roasted pine nuts onto müesli
– Serve müesli with cubes of white chocolate
