Spread this hummus on a whole wheat wrap or sandwich bread before you add your fillings. It has a touch of spice and a nice bite – a perfect condiment!
3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for greasing the pan
2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and halved (leave a thin slice to garnish)
1 cup hummus
2 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 slice feta cheese (about 1 ounce), to garnish
