A Taste of the Mediterranean (ATOTM) is a six-lesson nutrition and cooking program that brings the Mediterranean Diet Pyramid to life. Participants explore the major food groups of the Pyramid while learning healthy eating habits with simple, delicious recipes.

In recognition of Black History Month, Oldways is proud to offer 50 complimentary one-year digital licenses for the A Taste of African Heritage curriculum. This scholarship application is open to community leaders, health professionals and educators who are passionate about sharing culturally relevant nutrition education. We especially encourage our partners and organizations who may have experienced funding challenges this year to apply. Plus, one lucky recipient will also receive a $300 grocery stipend to support a 6-week class series.
