½ pound whole wheat pizza dough
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup part-skim ricotta
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Set oven to 450°F. Shape dough into a large, thin pizza shape and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread honey evenly across the dough, then top with ricotta and blackberries. Bake until crust is golden-brown, about 20 minutes.
- Top with fresh mint, then cut into small, thin rectangular pieces.
