¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 teaspoon clover honey, or more to taste
1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
1 ripe, fresh peach, sliced
1 fresh mint sprig for garnish
- Puree cottage cheese and honey in food processor or blender.
- Place avocados and peach slices in small ﬂat bowls.
- Drizzle cottage cheese and honey mixture over fruit.
- Top with mint sprigs.
