Ingredients

¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese

2 teaspoon clover honey, or more to taste

1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced

1 ripe, fresh peach, sliced

1 fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
  1. Puree cottage cheese and honey in food processor or blender.
  2. Place avocados and peach slices in small flat bowls.
  3. Drizzle cottage cheese and honey mixture over fruit.
  4. Top with mint sprigs.
