This light, fresh and simple dessert is a delicious combination of avocado and peaches topped with a cottage cheese and honey sauce. Not only is this super tasty, but it is a good source of  (10% DV) of vitamin C, K and dietary fiber.
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 teaspoon clover honey, or more to taste
1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
1 ripe, fresh peach, sliced
1 fresh mint sprig for garnish
