This chunky salsa combines the sweetness of mango with the savory notes of garlic and the subtle heat of jalapeno, creating a balanced and flavorful topping. A blend of chili powder, crushed red pepper, sweet paprika, and New Mexico chili pepper adds depth and complexity.
Enjoy this salsa as a vibrant and healthy addition to your favorite dishes, bringing a taste of Latin American sunshine to your plate. It makes a nice topping for seafood such as sea bass, tuna, or mahi-mahi.
5-10 minutes
8 servings
1 mango, chopped
10 sprigs of cilantro
4-5 cloves of garlic
5-6 slices of jalapeño (de-seeded)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
Dash New Mexico chili pepper
Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl and then quickly pulse in blender for less than one minute- you still want it to be chunky. Enjoy as a topping for your favorite dishes!
