Orange, Carrot and Ginger Juice

Ingredients

5 oranges

2 carrots

1 ounce fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Peel, cut and deseed oranges
  2. Wash and peel carrots, cut ends and roughly chop
  3. Scrape the skin off the ginger. Add all ingredients to juicer or blender
  4. If using a juicer, use as directed
  5. If using a blender, blend on high for about a minute and then pour juice through a sieve or cheesecloth.
  6. Serve and enjoy over ice. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 24 hours
