3 cups chopped spinach
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, wedged
1 cucumber diced

1 mango peeled, and diced
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 garlic clove
1 onion peeled and finely minced (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 large mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons finely shopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
