Here’s a go-to dressing to make any salad special. Serve on tossed greens or with fresh vegetables.
4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes in oil
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
1 cup minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ cup chopped green onion
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
