A Taste of the Mediterranean is a 6-week cooking and nutrition curriculum that celebrates the healthy, flavor-forward food traditions from across the Mediterranean. Participants expand their knowledge of nutrition and learn simple cooking techniques for healthy living based on delicious Mediterranean food traditions. Before teaching, be sure to complete the free teacher training module for this program. Anyone can get certified to spread the word about this healthy and delicious lifestyle!
