This comforting vegan soup is creamy and full of warm spices.
1 onion, diced
1 sprig rosemary
1 tablespoon bell peppers
1 teaspoon garlic. chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup white cooking wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup pumpkin, cubed
1 cup boniato (white sweet potato), cubed
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground oregano
2 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup almond milk
salt and pepper to taste
