Ingredients
1 cup of your favorite pickled vegetable (we love okra, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup fresh dill, chopped
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop your desired pickled vegetable and mix with mustards, herbs, and sugar.
- Thin with some brine and season to taste.
- Serve over grilled meats, seafood or vegetables.
