Ingredients
5 oranges
2 carrots
1 ounce fresh ginger root
Instructions
- Peel, cut and deseed oranges
- Wash and peel carrots, cut ends and roughly chop
- Scrape the skin off the ginger. Add all ingredients to juicer or blender
- If using a juicer, use as directed
- If using a blender, blend on high for about a minute and then pour juice through a sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve and enjoy over ice. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 24 hours
