Great planning guide and lists. I find the recipes and meal plans very helpful, especially breakfast suggestions as I have a difficult time finding a breakfast that satisfies for more than an hour or two. The grocery lists are so convenient when planning out and following weekly plans. My goal is to follow the plan for more than a week!

The Mediterranean diet menu plan book is very well done and extremely easy to follow. The Grocery list makes grocery shopping for the diet very easy. Nutritional Values and servings are given for all recipes but, nutritional value for a single serving is missing so its hard to determine how much is a single serving for some recipes, otherwise this book is perfect.

I especially like the overall description of the diet and the advice for breakfast.
I have altered my diet positively in the last week since receiving the 4-week Mediterranean Diet Menu Plan. Also the Diet Grocery List Pad has been helpful.
As a single, many of the recipes for dinner are too difficult for me or make portions too large for storage / usage.
