Join us in a special celebration of the African Heritage Diet — a way of eating rooted in the healthy food traditions of people with African roots. Drawing inspiration from four regions of the African Diaspora, this way of life is powerfully nutritious, deeply flavorful, and naturally aligned with expert recommendations for lifelong health.
Our 2026 Black History Month theme centers on embracing ancestral foods that promote healthy traditions and connection, bringing the best of the old ways forward. Throughout February, we invite you to explore, cook, learn, and celebrate African Heritage foodways with us.
