This Oldways Heritage Meal Plan was developed by Oldways, a food and nutrition nonprofit dedicated to helping people live healthier and happier lives. Our Meal Plan includes dietitian-approved recipes and useful tools and resources to help you on a path toward success. With this meal plan, be prepared to plan well, eat well, and live well.
