    Simple, concise, easy to follow. This is an excellent guide for anyone wanting to change their eating habits. The food plan is highly adaptable. You not only get recipes, but meal plans, shopping lists, and guidance for substitutions, alternatives, and background on the recipes and ingredients. The recipes are clear and do not use exotic ingredients (mostly). Some of the foods can be purchased premade. It allows for flexibility and substitutions. I have both the regular guide and the vegetarian/vegan guide and would highly recommend.

    Excellent meal plan. I have just completed the 4 weeks and will continue to use the book daily as my meal plan. It’s very helpful to start the week knowing what you are going to prepare and what to buy when you go to the store; and knowing it’s balanced and healthy.     Mediterranean Way is Amazing. This is a great book with recipes and meal planning. Even if you don’t use it as a diet plan, the book enables you to start eating healthier with some delicious foods. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to eat healthier.

    Mediterranean is the way to go! This book is great. It provides daily meals and recipes, but you can modify them to fit your likes and dislikes. It also gives you choices and you can swap out days. For me, I added more spices to the recipes, I need more flavor but that’s the great thing about the recipes.

    Totally DO-able! I purchased another Mediterranean book with meal plan and recipes… it was a LOT of work and using veggies that I’m not familiar with. I love to cook and try no recipes and I really enjoyed the recipes but this just wasn’t something I could stick to with my schedule and going it alone wasn’t working for me either because I have a tendency to overthink things and make it even more complicated than I need it to be.

    I am SO GLAD I made this purchase. I am on day 5 and I feel like this is something I really CAN DO! The recipes are simple with ingredients I am familiar with and know how to purchase (is this thing ripe? is it supposed to look like that?). My hubby is doing this with me and he’s enjoying it too. It’s helping me familiarize myself with the lifestyle and training me how to go beyond the 4-weeks provided in this book.

    I am certain that I will come back to these recipes as a standard for years to come. Thanks for exciting me about this lifestyle change instead of overwhelming me!
