A beautiful and excellent publication. Great suggestions for the use of the vegetables presented. Good informative introduction for each vegetable.

Great book! The book was very informative, gave several examples of how to prepare the vegetables–only wish that you could have included
more of the less common vegetables. I plan on using this book as a guideline for the different ideas for preparing meals. Thanks!
