Vik Bensen started at Oldways in 2024. Before joining the Oldways team, they worked supporting nonprofit food programs across New York City and in urban agriculture. They graduated from The New School in 2017 with a bachelor’s in Politics and Food Studies. They are passionate about creating sustainable food systems and empowering everyone with the tools to make nourishing, healthy meals.
Vik has a deep love for cooking and cherishes the connection that comes with sharing meals. In their free time, they are an avid reader and writer, curious traveler, and dedicated community gardener.
