Presentation and tasting of Prosecco, followed by dinner
Monday, April 29: Cooking at Casagrande
- Morning cultural visit
Return to Hotel Castelbrando; free time
Cooking demo with Chefs Kevin O’Donnell and Michael Lombardi, at Casagrande, the home of the Brandolini family
Tuesday, April 30: Formaggi!
- Morning visit to Monti Trentini, a traditional cheesemaker, for a tour and tutored tasting of local and regional cheeses. Followed by lunch.
Wednesday, May 1: Venice
Day in Venice – starting with a boat tour through the Grand Canal to the Rialto market.
Museum visit and meeting with Save Venice
Free time in Venice, on your own for lunch and in the afternoon
Depart to Verona and check in at Due Torri Hotel. Light dinner.
Thursday, May 2: Cooking and Verona
- Guided tour in Verona
Free time afternoon
Hands-on cooking class and dinner with Chefs Michael and Kevin, held at a Verona cooking school.
Friday, May 3: Wine and Olive Oil
- Morning visit to Lake Garda and an olive oil frantoio
A wine day celebrating the wonderful wines of the region: Amarone, Soave, Valpolicella
Wine tour and tasting, including lunch
Free evening in Verona
Saturday, May 4, 2019: Art
- Choice of Tour: Art or Food, each with a light lunch
Farewell Dinner at La Bottega del Vino in Verona
