The Economics of Whole Grain and Public Health—The Impact and Application of Eating More Whole Grains

About this webinar

The health benefits of consuming a diet rich in whole grain is fairly well recognized, but what about the economic benefits? The first half of this webinar will showcase newly published data on the economic impact of whole grain intake on public health and health endpoints. The second half of the webinar will focus on putting this data into practice by sharing practical applications for encouraging whole grain consumption through simple, affordable changes to dietary habits. Thanks to the General Mills Bell Institute for Health and Nutrition for sponsoring this session!
