Flynn, PhD, RD, LDN will present results of studies that examine the role of extra virgin olive oil in improving risk factors. It will include the role of extra virgin olive oil biophenols in providing the health benefits. It will also provide practical information on how to include extra virgin olive oil in the diet and provide this information when counseling patients.
